We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, furniture, art and gift cards ARE not returnable, nor can they be exchanged for other merchandise

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Most items will be shipped via UPS or USPS.  Processing takes 3-7 days. Depending on your location, shipping can take 2-10 days from our location in Birmingham. Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email so you can see your package traveling to you.  

Presently, large furniture, fragile items, most one-of-a-kind pieces and art are for local pick-up only in Birmingham, Alabama unless otherwise noted.
